Key Responsibilities
Linen Management
- Deliver fresh linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies to each floor with precision and care, setting the stage for flawless guest experiences.
- Collect soiled linen and towels promptly from attendants’ trolleys and collection points.
- Carefully manage and rotate all linen, ensuring every piece meets the high standards of our luxury guest experience.
Operational Support
- Ensure room attendants have timely access to fresh linen and supplies, keeping every part of the hotel running like a perfectly timed production.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and stock levels in the linen room and service areas, creating a seamless backstage for our housekeeping team.
- Alert the Housekeeping Supervisor to any shortages, damage, or irregularities, helping to preserve the flawless standard our guests expect.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all health, safety, fire, and COSHH procedures with precision.
- Wear your uniform with pride and maintain impeccable grooming, a professional costume ready for every performance.
- Spot and report hazards or maintenance issues immediately, keeping the stage safe for all.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and drills, mastering emergency procedures and hygiene protocols.
Operational Efficiency
- Maintain linen trolleys and storage areas in excellent order, creating a backstage ready for smooth operations.
- Work through assigned areas accurately, turning every task into a polished performance.
- Work seamlessly with the housekeeping team and front office, creating a flawless ensemble.
