We are looking for people that are either US qualified and/or have US experience in prime brokerage, repo, securities lending and futures work. You will have proven ability to advise on prime services, trading documentation, regulatory considerations and related transactions for leading investment banks, funds or financial institutions. We are keen to speak with lawyers at mid-senior level with experience in this area.
