Litigation Assistant, Catastrophic Injury

Kennedys is seeking a motivated Litigation Assistant to join our respected Catastrophic Injury team in our Birmingham office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with a variety of complex motor claims including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention.

Our team manages cases of the utmost severity, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injuries, severe psychiatric injuries, chronic pain, and loss of senses, serving insurers, self-insured organizations, and third-party administrators.

Required Experience

• 1-2+ years' with the relevant experience*
• Litigation experience of personal injury defence work
• Experience of handling medical chronologies
• Arranging expert appointments, conferences with counsel
• Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment
