A boutique City litigation practice is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join its collegiate, high-performing disputes team.
The firm specialises in complex international litigation and insolvency work, acting for corporates, HNW individuals, international businesses and insolvency practitioners across multi-jurisdictional matters.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role working closely with Partners and senior fee earners across a broad range of contentious matters. Paralegals are given meaningful responsibility early, direct client exposure and involvement in high-value international disputes. Ideal for someone looking to accelerate their disputes career in a fast-paced boutique environment
Key Responsibilities
You will:
✔ Support fee earners on litigation + arbitration files
✔ Carry out legal research + case preparation
✔ Assist with disclosure + document review
✔ Draft correspondence + legal documents (under supervision)
✔ Assist with client onboarding, KYC + compliance
✔ Attend meetings, hearings + court (where appropriate)
✔ Contribute to internal process, tech + workflow improvement
What We’re Looking For
Candidates must have:
• Minimum 12 months litigation paralegal experience at a City/top-tier firm
• Strong academics (2:1 minimum) + LPC or SQE completed/underway
• Excellent written communication, organisation + attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a busy environment
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with sound judgement
Working Pattern
• Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30 (flexibility required at times)
• 4 days office / 1 day WFH
