Job overview:

If you have an interest in Litigation, we're looking for a Support Analyst to join us on a 9 month FTC. You'll become a vital part of our in-house Legal Services Unit, providing essential admin support, to ensure smooth and efficient running of our litigation processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Setting up new litigated instructions using a case management system, management of the Digital Claims Portal (DCP) and setting of prescribed schedules.
  • Drafting non-complex Court Documents for the Litigation teams.
  • Collating and printing documents and preparing trial bundles for the Court.
  • Handling payments received by the LSU by recording, logging onto the system and notifying finance cashiers.
  • Sending of instructions to AXA’s legal motor panel.
  • Managing all unit inbound and outbound post volumes.
  • Ordering of general stationary, printer toners and other general office stock.
  • Dealing with reception duties including signing in visitors, receiving deliveries and taking boardroom bookings.
  • Managing incoming phone calls on behalf of the Litigation teams.


  • Work arrangements:

    At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home at our Gloucester office, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

    Your skills & experience:

    • Previous experience in administration.
    • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Basic Understanding of litigation.

    This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
