Contract: full-time, permanent
Location: Crewe (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9-5 (with some flexibility)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

What you'll do:

As a Learning Management System Cooordinator based in Crewe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital learning landscape for the organisation. Your daily activities will centre around supporting colleagues at every stage of their learning journey-whether it's helping them navigate the LMS platform or collaborating with teams to create engaging content. You'll be instrumental in driving participation in e-learning programmes by facilitating onboarding sessions, monitoring system performance, and recommending improvements based on user feedback. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user experiences for all employees across the organisation.
Support colleagues by providing guidance on LMS usage, troubleshooting issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication channels for feedback and improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and update online learning modules that align with organisational goals and values.

Monitor system performance, generate regular reports on engagement metrics, and recommend enhancements to optimise learning outcomes.

Facilitate onboarding processes for new users by delivering training sessions and creating accessible resources that foster understanding and confidence.

Ensure compliance with data protection policies by managing user information securely within the LMS environment.

Work closely with external vendors or technical teams to resolve system-related challenges efficiently while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
