Role Summary
Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We’re looking for a Assistant Vice President for our Execution, Distribution and Limit Control Middle Office to join our team.
Operational subject matter expert in loan, trade and derivative documentation. Proactively providing support to all EMEA Front Office business departments for the efficient execution and control of new transaction covering loan, derivative and trade finance products. Including the review of contractual documentation and subsequent booking in operational systems.
To ensure lending documentation is consistent with key terms and conditions of credit applications and all pre and post conditions are satisfied accordingly. Where required, identify and refer any new products or processes for review of New Products and Processes committee.
Provide key controls to Front Office, RMD, CD and OAD, ensuring rules and procedures are adhered to. Quality of data input is fundamental in supporting accurate internal and external regulatory reporting.
