As we expand our multidisciplinary offer, we are building a flexible pool of HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our mission and work alongside our award-winning SLT team.
About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, autonomous Locum Occupational Therapists to assess and deliver personalised OT support in schools, homes, and early years settings. This is a flexible opportunity to make meaningful impact while working collaboratively with SENCOs, SLTs, families and educators.
Your Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and deliver goal-driven OT programmes for children with sensory, motor-planning, and functional challenges.
- Produce concise EHCP contributions, treatment plans and progress reports that meet HCPC and RCOT standards.
- Liaise closely with parents, teachers, and our in-house SLTs to embed practical strategies into everyday routines.
- Keep clear, GDPR-compliant records and follow safeguarding best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with UK-based paediatric experience (schools, early-years, or community settings).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Enhanced DBS and current safeguarding training.
Desirable
- Sensory Integration training
- EHCP report writing
- Familiarity with AAC and assistive technology
