Description
We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our Christchurch, Dorset team!
As a Logistics Administrator, you will work with various departments to meet semi-routine maintenance services sales goals. Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue.

As part of the Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, our Medical Mobility business unit designs and manufactures highly reliable and stable control systems for all types of medical mobility, electrically powered scooters, and wheelchairs to meet the challenges of the modern, medical mobility market.

Your Challenge
- Provide freight quotes to sales
- Produce shipment invoices
- Upload serial numbers to our system for shipments made from the HK warehouse
- Provide import clearance instruction
- Monitor imports & exports and maintain records for customs compliance
- Filing and archiving records
- Answer queries from freight forwarder and customers
- Booking collections with freight forwarders
- Report shipments on customers portals
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- General admin experience
