Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

This role is based in Eastleigh and supports the logistics team at M Group Telecom.

The team works across the full lifecycle of telecom networks. The work includes helping with deliveries, keeping records up to date, and making sure supplies are where they need to be. The role helps the team stay organised and ready for each day.

The person in this role helps with checking shipments and making sure they match the paperwork. They help with sorting and storing items. They also help with preparing documents and keeping track of stock. The role includes working with drivers and helping with returns. The person in this role helps with keeping things tidy and safe.

The team works with other parts of the business. The person in this role helps with sharing updates and keeping things running smoothly. The role includes using systems to record information and check details. The person in this role helps with keeping things clear and easy to find.

This role is part of a team that supports telecom services across the UK. The team helps with building and maintaining networks. The work helps people stay connected. The role supports this work by helping with the movement of goods and keeping things in order.

This role suits someone who likes to help others and keep things organised. The person in this role works with others and helps with tasks that change each day. The team helps each other and works together to get things done.

What you'll bring?

You will have experience in working with logistics or stores. You will hold a full UK driving licence. You will understand how to work safely and follow health and safety rules. You will be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. You will be able to speak clearly and listen well. You will be able to keep things tidy and follow a plan. You will be able to work with others and share updates. You will be able to stay calm and focused when things change. You will be able to show care in your work and help others when needed. You will be able to keep track of items and follow steps. You will be able to show drive and ambition in your work. You will be able to support good service and help the team meet its goals.
