Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Onsite
Salary: From £35,802 depending on skills and experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and delivering key risk reduction projects across facility
- Collating and analysing data and providing weekly updates for management
- Ensuring the health and safety of all team members by operating in full compliance with company policies and procedures, including supporting with risk and COSHH assessments
- Provide support to Team Leader in their absence and contributing to team development through training and upskilling team members, maintaining training records
- Liaising with internal cross functional teams to create and form solution options
- Driving continuous improvement across the work environment by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process enhancements, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Demonstratable experience working within Logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- Experience with Data analysis, interpretation and data visualisation
- Excellent stakeholder management experience with an ability to guide and influence

The NAS (New Assembly Shop) Team
