Are you a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for logistics?
We’re looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing the movement of goods around the world, based in Norwich.
Duties:
- Booking new jobs and monitoring all shipments through our freight management system.
- Managing all shipping documentation with precision and efficiency.
- Creating accurate Import/Export declarations to HM Customs.
- Liaising with airlines, carriers, shipping lines, and other freight companies.
- Providing customers with timely and accurate updates on their shipments.
- Organising the delivery of goods and generating invoices.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and suppliers.
Experience:
- At least 1 years’ experience within the logistics sector.
- Administration skills.
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
