Job Title: Program Manager with Logistics

Location: London

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday–Thursday)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

The successful candidate will actively manage shipments end-to-end, solve problems in real time, and coordinate across multiple technical and compliance stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

Enable end-to-end shipment visibility and address challenges.
Track the process end to end.
Escalate issues and risks
Identify blockers, risks, and delays, and escalate where required
Work hands-on with shipping documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance
Liaise daily with researchers, engineers, trade compliance, and legal teams

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

5+ years of program or project management experience
2–3+ years in supply chain or logistics roles
Very hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation

Experience with customs clearance processes

Pipeline management experience

Comfortable working cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders

International trade exposure (strong advantage)

Strong escalation, risk management, and problem-solving skills

Able to move fast and juggle multiple shipments simultaneously
