Purpose of the position: As Logistic Operations Officer you will be part of the ROV Logistic department within the ROIS business line. You will assist and support shipping needs for our vessels in accordance with the logistic plan and/or method of statement, under the supervision of the Site Logistics project organization.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities::
- Provide support to each division regarding their shipping needs
- Liaise with freight agents in the UK and abroad
- Monitor progress on delivery and shipment to each vessels
- Maintain records to a high standard and ensure shipments are delivered on a timely manner
What are we looking for?
Experience: 6-7 years within freight forward logistics activities
Technical skills: UK licences basic knowledge
IT skills: Strong excel knowledge and MS package

- Full time contractor, 37.5 hours a week (duration of 6 months with possibility of renewal)
