About The Role
As a Logistics Operator you will support the different operational functions within the Operations Room to continuously improve the service and product we provide. The Operations functions are the Courier services, Standard Car services and Executive Car services. Handling inbound and outbound calls to communicate with clients and delivery partners to enable quick and effective resolution to service queries in real time.
Work hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 - 19:30
Requirements
Main Accountabilities
- Monitoring key client jobs and ensuring timely despatch
- Informing clients of any delays or issues as they occur
- Supporting the entire client portfolio including all Addison Lee, ComCab and Green Tomato clients
- Supporting Drivers with live re-directions and specific geographic issues
- Monitoring of public events, traffic news and road closures
- Any other duties as required by management including supporting other areas of the operation as and when required
