We’re seeking a future team member for the role of FX Program Trader to join our Global Markets Trading team. This role is located in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Execute client FX orders in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner as per the procedures.
- Undertake data analysis to provide meaningful feedback to contribute to enhancing the desk’s execution quality, the development of AI trader tools, and production of ad-hoc analyses.
- Contribute via project work to the design and development of the desk’s execution practices, products and procedures.
- Serve as a desk expert on regional market conditions, liquidity and evolving regulatory landscape.
- Adhere to high standards for monitoring risk, follow regulatory requirements and the organization’s strategies.
- Adhere to the appropriate risk management policies and procedures regarding all trading activity.
- Work with regional and global team members to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Several years total work experience preferred.
- Experience in Custody FX or Emerging Markets FX trading
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and business improvement.
- Exceptional, communication and interpersonal skills
