We're looking for an expert Loss Adjuster to join us in providing professional loss adjusting advice and service to our clients. Talking openly and accurately with insurers and other interested parties to expedite the claims process, whilst keeping the customer service at a peak!

How You'll Make An Impact
- Day to day management of a caseload, travelling to loss sites to investigate claims; providing critical support to policyholders throughout the process.
- Assist internal team on technical claims and provide advice as required
- Liaising with insurers, underwriters and colleagues as necessary.
- Assessing claims in line with policy conditions, providing detailed reports with recommendations on liability.
- Conduct formal interviews of claimants where required including fraudulent claims; compile detailed reports on your findings.
- Acquire reports from third parties, such as building surveyors to help with the validation of items claimed.
- Manage recovery actions against third parties.
About You
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualified to or working towards a minimum of Dip CILA or equivalent with 5 years demonstrable experience in Loss Adjusting.
- Proven knowledge of Loss adjuster policies, practices and procedures.
- Outstanding knowledge of personal lines/household insurance products and services.
- Superb customer service skills, problem solving demeanor, pragmatic approach with strong communication skills.
- Self- motivated, results-oriented and driven to see your customer satisfied.
