Communicate with the customer and solve problems and provide solutions to users technical and non-technical.
Willingness and ability to travel to multiple locations, both nationally and occasionally internationally, to provide face-to-face (F2F) training, mentoring, and advising on the use of LTIS (Land Tactical Information Systems) equipment and functionality.
Engage and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior military officers, junior ranks, civilian contractors, and MoD civilian staff.
Possess a solid working knowledge of specialist military applications such as BCIP, TAK, SitaWare, and MMR.
Would suit ex-military with a held rank of sergeant or above
Strong understanding of DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training) principles, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations, overviews, and live demonstrations across a variety of technical subjects.
Proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong "can-do" attitude. Must be comfortable operating within a small, agile team and undertaking a broad range of varied responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience in the use and management of VMware.
Must be totally mission-focused and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
The ability to react quickly, calmly, and professionally to any given situation.
Clean UK driving licence holder

Good problem-solving skills with a methodical approach and analytical skills with the ability to apply logical thought processes.
Strong customer communication skills
Able to work unsupervised when required with good attention to detail.
