Position Summary
We are looking for a Lubrication Operator to join our Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages factory at our Buxton site.

A day in the life of a Lubrication Operator
As a Lubrication Operator you will be responsible for carrying out the main lubrication activities across the factory, according to operational needs, supporting the line and undertaking technical operator activities as required.
Further duties include:
- Ensure all lubrication tasks are successfully completed
- Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured to the standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions
- Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in the working order including all installations in accordance with good manufacturing practices
- Define and adhere to standards
- Manage existing assets - red tag closure
- Build technical capability - participate in the competence development plan for the site team acting as trainer and coach
What Will Make You Successful
You will have proven experience in a FMCG production manufacturing environment, knowledge of bottling processes and techniques is desirable.
Other key attributes:
- Knowledge of raw and packaging materials used in the bottling process.
- High level of mechanical and technical comprehension advantageous.
- Understanding of Safety, Engineering and Quality regulations.
- TPM or Lean Manufacturing experience is desirable.
