M&A Associate - ER62674

Eton Bridge Partners are working with a high growth PE backed business, seeking an immediately available M&A Analyst for a 6-12 month period based in Central London.

This role will focus on modelling, valuation support and provide wider transaction support as they go through a large re-finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in all phases of M&A deal lifecycle from sourcing to completion i.e. end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities
• Create, develop and maintain financial models to inform investment decisions, including the provision of scenario analysis, investor presentations, manage data room processes, and coordinating Q&A
• Coordinate internal and external cross-functional workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, technical, and operational areas, ensuring timely delivery of inputs

Candidate Profile:

• Experience either in Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking or Big 4 Transaction Services
• Strong Financial Modelling skills, supporting on buy and sell side transactions
• Hands-on capability, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
