About the role:

We are looking for an M&A Trainee, to support a wide range of tasks linked to buy-side, sell-side, fundraising and strategic advisory mandates. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who has already some professional experience and who would like to start a career in M&A. 

Main aspects of the role include: 

• Support the deal team on all aspects of the transaction;
• Gather market data to analyse trends and help value transactions; 
• Lead various market and/or company specific research projects;
• Draft presentations, board reports, etc.; 
• Support and update financial models; 

Personal Skills:

• Exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Strong organisational and project management skills;
• Ability to deliver exceptionally strong output even under time-pressure;
• Attention to detail;

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from one of the world’s top 50 universities;
• Ideally first relevant professional experience through internships;
• Additional qualifications like an MSc, MBA, or CFA are a plus, but not required;
