The Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating risks and determining appropriate insurance coverage for clients. This position involves close collaboration with brokers and intermediaries to develop tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal/market expertise to navigate complex insurance risks.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess and underwrite insurance applications, ensuring all policies meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting and negotiating insurance policy.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments, making informed decisions on policy terms and pricing.
• Contribute to the development of new insurance products to meet market needs.
• Advise clients and their legal representatives on a range of M&A insurance policies

• Underwriting experience or M&A law experience
