Job Decription
As a Machine Learning Researcher, you will contribute to a diverse array of projects utilizing various tools and technologies, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the company's capabilities to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats. You will also:
- Contribute to projects ranging from rapid prototyping of new ideas to open-ended research initiatives,
- Collaborate with software engineers to test and deploy research outcomes in production environments,
- Support the development of methodologies to defend against unknown cyber-attacks,
- Drive innovation through creative approaches and traditional project-based development,
- Engage in machine learning research and collaborate in software development and DevOps engineering.
Candidate Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in a machine learning or related field, or equivalent experience,
- Proficiency in Python,
- Knowledge of common machine learning algorithms and techniques,
- Ability to prototype and solve problems,
- Familiarity with transformers or other large language models.
- Basic understanding of AWS and/or Terraform,
- Experience with Python machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, and scikit-learn,
- Interest in cybersecurity,
- Familiarity with Linux and Git,
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and common threats such as malware and phishing scams would be desirable.
