Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Analyst Support professional to join our team on a 9‑month maternity cover contract. Based on site in Southampton for a leading oil and gas client, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support a high‑performing Maintenance function within a complex operational environment. This Maintenance Analyst Support position is ideal for someone who is motivated, analytical and keen to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
You will be responsible for delivering clear data analysis, accurate cost stewardship and a range of metric reporting that supports operational decision‑making. Key responsibilities include producing maintenance cost reports, developing Power BI dashboards, preparing financial accruals, stewarding costs and supporting maintenance planning with wider teams. You will also provide technical oversight across systems including SharePoint, SAP and other data platforms.
To succeed as Maintenance Analyst Support, you’ll bring strong analytical ability, a well‑organised approach and the confidence to communicate effectively across the organisation. This role provides valuable exposure to maintenance performance, data governance and financial processes within the oil and gas industry.
