We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Building Services Division. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service to buildings and equipment at a range of properties and facilities throughout NI . This will include diagnosing and repairing faults as required, compliance with safety regulations, conducting routine inspections, and providing high-quality service in line with operational requirements.

Main responsibilities:

This role will require you to respond to various electrical installation, repair and maintenance requests throughout NI.
Complete documentation and test certificates.
Carry out work to high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with householders and clients.

You may also be required to carry out other general maintenance duties.

Successful candidate will need to have:

A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience essential
Valid CSR Card
NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
Valid 18^th Edition and NICIEC Certificates.
Full UK Driving Licence
