Working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team you will manage your time to drive team performance in a busy production environment. Ensuring production targets are achieved with minimal plant downtime, whilst striving for improvements, both as a team and personally.

Working in a maintenance environment and reporting to the Plant Maintenance Team Leader. You will provide a multi-skilled technical service with the minimum of supervision to all departments including cleanroom environments. Working on a variety of technical equipment, and services covering breakdown repairs, planned maintenance and installation. You will be part of a team and will have good communication skills. The successful applicant must be fully committed to working safely and to accepting responsibility for the safety of fellow team members.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, vacuum, pneumatic, hydraulic, and F-Gas systems
- Ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum through planned preventative maintenance and break fix repairs
- Working to maintain health & safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in line with company safe systems of work including Permit to Work
- Providing a professional service and represent the department in a way that promotes a professional working relationship
- Evaluating machine and maintenance performance, driving continual improvement of the maintenance activities

As a Field Specialist – Cementing, you'll play a key role in being the on-site, first point of contact for our wellsite cementing activities. You'll be leading people and working on a variety of complex projects. You will oversee the training and development of your team to deliver a first-class service.
As a Field Specialist – Cementing, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and preparing your cementing service team to ensure operational readiness, execution of work and post-job evaluation
- Providing guidance to customers and teams on-site to coordinate cementing operations and to aid decision-making processes
- Supervising crew, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment
- Mentoring the training and development of your team to ensure quality cementing services are delivered to customers
- Providing records of products consumed to customer representatives at wellsites, ensuring successful inventory tracking and invoice submission
- Ensuring health and safety compliance throughout cementing activities to mitigate risks to people, equipment and environment.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a good, solid background in engineering in a field position
- Have experience in execution of cementing jobs, pumping and pressure testing with knowledge of two brands of cement units (Baker’s and/or competitors’ ones) as minimum
- Have experience in Foam Cementing
- Demonstrate leadership experience of managing and mentoring a team in a cross-functional business organisation
- Be fluent in English and excellent all-round communication skills
- Be happy and flexible to travel to international locations to work with customers on site and offshore
- Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
