Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on Experience)

About The Role
As the site lead for operational property management, you will work across our four mental health services, ensuring all buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance of communal areas, residential rooms, and grounds
- Conducting operational Health & Safety and Fire Regulation checks
- Managing external contractors when needed
- Maintaining equipment such as heating, plumbing, security systems, laundry machines, and water systems
You will have multi-skilled maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and joinery work. Experience with central heating systems and similar environments is ideal. You’ll work independently and as part of a small Facilities and Maintenance team and occasionally travel to support our Lancashire sites with prior agreement.
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and joinery work.
- Knowledge of central heating systems, laundry equipment, and hot and cold-water systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare or care home setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards in safety and building maintenance.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
