We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Plumber & Boiler Technician to join our friendly team and help us keep our properties in excellent condition.

You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residents live in safe, comfortable homes. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, with a focus on plumbing and boiler repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, toilets, and pipework
• Diagnose and repair domestic boilers and heating systems (Gas Safe qualification desirable)
• Support with other general maintenance tasks including basic electrical, carpentry, and tiling work
• Conduct routine inspections and planned maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required
• Maintain accurate job records and liaise with the property team

Requirements:

• Gas Safe registered (preferred) or strong boiler repair experience
• Proven experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
