The Opportunity

Join the legacy of one of Scotland’s most iconic distillers and help shape the future at our Dufftown site. We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Maintenance Team in Dufftown, someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and keeping our world-class operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering technical support to maximise efficiency across production and engineering assets
Carrying out planned and corrective maintenance tasks to keep operations on track
Responding swiftly to breakdowns and implementing robust, long-term solutions
Ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and safety standards.
Updating electrical maintenance records and plant history using our CMMS system
Collaborating with process and spirit supply teams to deliver outstanding service
Driving and supporting team-based improvement projects and initiatives
Contributing to team meetings and helping implement new ideas.
Promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion in everything you do

About You

You’re a technically skilled and safety conscious electrician with a proactive mindset. You’re confident working in a fast paced production environment and know how to balance precision with urgency. You’re a natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams, and you’re always looking for ways to improve systems and processes. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of leaving a legacy just like we do.
