Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems. The role involves performing routine inspections, identifying and repairing malfunctions, and ensuring all equipment functions efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will also collaborate with property management to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Experience in Troubleshooting and identifying malfunctions
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and ensuring equipment longevity
• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in maintenance is a plus
