We have recently partnered with an industry-leading provide of construction site equipment that are looking to bring on a Major Accounts Manager to focus on two large ongoing projects in the Greater London Area.


The Major Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders across their designated projects, driving revenue growth, increase account penetration, and ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue of construction tools/equipment and modular buildings across the two major accounts
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to identify upcoming needs and project pipelines.
  • Work with key stakeholders (Supply Chain Managers, Procurement Leaders, etc) to ensure sites are well equipped
  • Liaise with depots and operational teams to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, customer files, and visit logs.


Requirements

  • Experience managing major construction accounts
  • Experience working for construction hire organisation
  • Experience working with Tier 1s/2s/sub-contractors
  • Experience selling renewable energy/power generators (preferred)
