A global consultancy is currently looking for a Major Incident Manager to join their team in Belfast on a permanent basis. You will own all major incidents bridging information between Service Delivery Managers and Recovery .
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in high priority incident management
- Happy to work 5 days p/w in the Belfast office
- ITIL awareness
