As the Major Projects Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an ambitious £0.5billion programme of large-scale regeneration projects from early-stage option assessment through planning, design and land assembly to construction and post-construction evaluation.
Our projects include: major highway infrastructure and sustainable transport schemes; market town renewal; commercial properties etc - all at varying stages of development. Tight financial controls and robust programme management are essential so, to be successful, you will need to demonstrate a number of core skills, experience and talent to ensure successful programme delivery. These will be rewarded by a good salary and benefits package in return for a challenging, rewarding workload.
