Management Accountant - Finance Team
Overview
We are Consultant Connect, a growing UK health technology company delivering digital solutions that improve patient experience, clinical efficiency, and healthcare outcomes. With an annual revenue of around £9m, we are scaling quickly and strengthening our finance function to support this growth.
We are now looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to enhance financial reporting, improve processes, and provide high-quality support across the business.
Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Hybrid of central Oxford office and home (min of 2 days to be agreed)
Hours: 37.5 hours / week (08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30)
About the role
The Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering timely, accurate financial reporting and ensuring the integrity of financial information. You will own core accounting processes, support month-end close, prepare management accounts, and work closely with the Finance Manager to provide analysis and insight.
This role reports directly to the Finance Manager, who has overall responsibility for Finance Operations and provides guidance, review and sign-off of all operational finance outputs.
The position operates within the standards of a listed-company environment, requiring strong internal controls, audit-ready documentation, and adherence to group financial governance.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, proactive, and eager to grow within a scaling technology business.
