About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and influential finance leader to drive strong financial control, deliver high-quality management information, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in forecasting, cashflow management, and ensuring compliance with IFRS 15, while working closely with stakeholders at all levels to turn financial insight into action.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce appropriate financial disciplines and controls

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and ad-hoc financial reports

Support the business in providing accurate and timely management information

Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to all key stakeholders; and respond to changes in the business

Proactively work with the business to compile and manage cashflow, and identify and manage risk

Revenue Recognition IFRS15

Present and operate at all levels both internally and externally

Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards

To speak finance to non-finance managers

To champion finance processes and compliance to accounting practices, challenging behaviours and embedding best practice throughout the wider business

Monitor and ensure the validity of the information available

Qualifications Required

CIMA/ACCA/ACA
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
May consider a QBE accountant

Skills & Experience

Positive attitude, adaptable and keen to develop the finance function
Strong attention to detail and confident communicator

Keen to work with the wider business
