Company Overview
You will be joining a very well-established and highly regarded international Executive Search firm as their Part-Qualified Management Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. Part of a close-knit and high-performing team, you will report directly into the Finance Manager who will be there to support your continued professional development within the business. Based in their incredibly modern City of London office 2-3 days a week, you will have the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days of the week.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the month-end close process including review of revenue cut-off, commission calculation, production of management accounts and posting all journals. You will manage balance sheet reconciliations and manage the payroll process including reviewing payroll reports, issuing commission statements and posting payroll journals. You will leading the reforecasting process, support with weekly cashflow forecasting and assist in the planning for financial year-end Audits and liaise with the Auditors. You will oversee purchase invoice payments and liaise with outsourced Interim timesheet processing teams on candidate/client/assignment/reporting queries.
Role Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you must be Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA and have 2-3 years of relevant Management Accounting experience. You will be a proactive, driven, enthusiastic and committed individual with a demonstrable passion for Management Accounts. You will be a strong communicator with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will be a professional and mature individual with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a supportive and high-performing team.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of circa £40,000 + 15-20% annual bonus + Study Support + Excellent Benefits (including Xmas/NY shutdown, health insurance, mobile phone, laptop, pension contribution) and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
