Management Accountant

I am partnering with a global business to bring on an Management Accountant, with prospects for career progression, skill development, and long-term growth.

This is a great opportunity for those ACCA/CIMA Finalist/NQ, looking to speak with those who are immediately available or on short notice.

• Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
• Location: City of London
• Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 from home

What can you expect?

• Post and reconcile accruals and prepayments across IT, Innovation, and other relevant areas as required.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including but not limited to fixed assets.
• Reconcile IT and Innovation costs, including but not limited to licence fees and contractor expenses.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and cost centre reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain relationships with IT and Innovation partners, providing key information on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.
• Provide support to the Group Costs Accounting team.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.

What skills will you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• AAT, CIMA, or ACCA finalist/NQ.
• 3–4 years of financial experience within a global, matrix-structured organisation.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Skilled at multitasking and effectively prioritising workload.
• Strong capability to work cross-functionally and foster collaborative relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to following through on stakeholder communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and eager approach to learning.
