Management Accountant

We are exclusively engaged to support a FTSE listed business based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their high performing team.

Role responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, analysing business performance.
• Key areas include accruing revenue and costs and investigating any anomalies.
• Balance sheet reconciliations monthly
• Develop breadth of reporting so as to provide more meaningful analysis
• Assist the Finance Assistants to ensure invoices are processed, ensuring it is prompt and accurate.
• Provide assistance where required with payroll and process payroll journal.
• Reconcile VAT account.
• Ensure PAYE and VAT payments are made on time.
• Assist auditors with information requirements as and when requested.

You have:

• AAT, or part qualified ACCA/CIMA
• Prior experience in an accounting role and ideally be studying
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good analytical skills

This role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in the office.
