An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Financial Management team. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our department and our key operational and clinical stakeholders to help deliver the best care for our patients.
Predominately supporting the Finance Business Partners this role is wide and varied. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel to a high standard. Most of all, we are looking for applicants who are willing to learn about the NHS, to develop their accounting skills, and deliver a professional service. The individual will need to also have excellent analytical skills and be able to manipulate large amounts of data, work diligently and accurately.
MKUH are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a commitment to professional development and, if not qualified, have a desire to continue their professional studies within a dynamic and forward-looking finance team. The postholder will be encouraged and supported to study a professional qualification.
