The Opportunity

As Group Accountant, you’ll join a collaborative and high-performing finance team with exposure across multiple operating businesses. This role offers variety, responsibility, and direct interaction with senior stakeholders, giving you the platform to develop quickly and progress your career.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of month-end for several entities, from start to finish
• Preparation of management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Providing analysis, insight, and commentary to support decision-making
• Balance sheet reconciliations and group reporting pack completion
• Supporting operational leaders as a finance business partner
• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and weekly cashflow reporting
• Managing banking, payments, debtors, and credit control
• Preparation of audit information, VAT returns, and statutory compliance
• Supporting ad-hoc projects in a dynamic, acquisitive group

About You

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified, finalist, or newly qualified
• Ambitious, organised, and motivated by working in a high-growth, PE-backed business
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Business Central is a plus
• A confident communicator who enjoys business partnering and influencing stakeholders
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
