Join a Leading Consultancy as a Management Accountant – Central London (£60k–£70k DOE)

Reporting To: Group Reporting Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

This is not your average accounting role. As our Management Accountant, you’ll be at the centre of our financial operations, owning the entire month-end process and delivering high-impact insights directly to senior partners and the management board. This is a high-profile, hands-on position where your expertise will drive decision-making and influence the future of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Weekly:

• Drive property cash flow reporting
• Oversee and refine fee reporting processes

Monthly:

• Lead the production of management accounts and forecast reports
• Own the month-end close process from journal entries to trial balance
• Spearhead budgeting and reforecasting for senior leadership
• Manage intercompany invoicing and reconciliations
• Oversee the fixed asset register and divisional overhead budgets
• Deliver consultant schedules and board-level reporting

Annually:

• Prepare key schedules for dilapidations, lease commitments, insurance renewals, and health schemes
• Compile the LLP year-end reporting pack and support the audit process

Ad Hoc:

• Lead Procurement Framework reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• 3+ years’ experience producing full management accounts
• Advanced Excel and strong finance systems knowledge
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Able to simplify complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders

Desirable:

• Experience in LLPs or professional services/construction
• Familiarity with IFRS
• Strong commercial awareness
