Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Lincolnshire, currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and control across revenue, accounts receivable, and payroll. You’ll also support statutory accounting and act as a vital link between finance and commercial teams—providing valuable insights and partnering with non-finance colleagues to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial reports
- Manage financial controls across revenue, AR, and payroll
- Support statutory accounting processes
- Collaborate with commercial teams to provide financial insights
- Drive improvements through analysis and business partnering
About You:
