Management Accountant who can translate data into insights and help shape strategic decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across our global business.
In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll become a
key business partner to Customer Success and Sales teams, helping us understand performance across a diverse contract portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
revenue management, financial planning, and reporting, all within a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and review monthly revenue, accruals, and product line allocations.
- Manage ticket partner accruals and align dispatch costs with associate revenues.
- Drive efficiency and automation in reporting tools and processes.
- Take joint ownership of c50 contract P&Ls, ensuring revenue and cost accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial queries and spot margin opportunities.
- Support monthly reporting cycles including finance packs and revenue forecasts.
- Help shape financial systems and processes to support growth and scalability.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a management accounting role.
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition and accrual accounting.
- Part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- Confident in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, advanced functions).
- Experience in Microsoft Navision and working in multi-currency/multi-territory environments is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 dependant upon experience and suitability.
