As a Manager in our CMT Consulting team, you’ll lead diverse, high-performing teams to shape and deliver strategies that unlock growth, improve performance, and enable transformation at scale. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, support your team’s development, and bring creativity and structure to every engagement. You’ll also contribute to our go-to-market strategy and help evolve our internal practice – building your leadership experience and impact along the way.
In this role you will:
Lead complex, end-to-end transformation programmes across Communications, Media, Software & Platforms, and High-Tech sectors
Design and deliver strategic initiatives that integrate strategy, technology, operations, and people
Navigate ambiguity using structured thinking, process design, data insights, and value casing to shape high-impact solutions
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders – aligning on strategic priorities and delivery roadmaps
Own delivery scope and commercial outcomes, including business casing, risk management, and value tracking
Contribute to business development efforts – from client proposals to go-to-market initiatives and thought leadership
Create and lead high-performing teams, mentoring talent and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture
Drive innovation within the practice by shaping new capabilities, assets, and perspectives
We are looking for the following profiles and skills:
You must have experience in a large-scale consulting team, and may also have experience in internal strategy, or transformation teams. Candidates will have experience in Communications, Media, Software & Platforms, or adjacent tech-driven industries. You’ll bring a strong consulting toolkit, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of driving measurable client impact.
You should emphasise expertise in any of the following areas:
Transformation & Delivery Leadership
Proven experience leading complex programmes with cross-functional teams
Able to structure strategic workstreams, prioritise impact, and manage through ambiguity
Experience in designing future-state processes, customer journeys, and transformation roadmaps
Skilled in value-led delivery: building business cases, tracking outcomes, managing risk and governance
Data-driven Problem Solving
Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn insight into impact
Skilled in linking qualitative and quantitative data to business value and storytelling
Client Engagement & Influence
Experience building senior stakeholder relationships and navigating decision-making in complex organisations
Able to drive clarity and buy-in through compelling narratives, structured thinking, and credibility under pressure
Leadership and growth
Experience managing and coaching teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset – comfortable taking ownership, shaping outcomes, and driving forward momentum
Strong commercial instinct, with a track record of influencing client growth and shaping scalable solutions
Set yourself apart:
A background in consulting and potentially internal transformation / strategy within Communications, Media, Software & Platforms, or High-Tech
A track record of solving complex transformation and business challenges in ambiguous environments
Proven ability to own solution design and commercial outcomes – including cost and value models
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI, Cloud, or Data Platforms – and how they unlock business value
Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, Cloud, Architecture, Data) or experience applying modern delivery practices
Interest in fast-evolving areas such as SMB transformation, platform strategy, trust & safety, or scaled operations
