Salary: We offer an industry-leading pay and benefits package with an annual salary of £22,120.28 plus Scottish Distant Islands Allowance (SDIA)= £2,500
Qualification:
Full Time, 41 hours per week - You’ll work five days a week with two days off. Start times range from 07:00 to 10:00, Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our customers.

- Potential to obtain Level 7 Management Qualification

- SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Customer Service
- PDA in Introductory Leadership & Management
- Potential to step into a Deputy Manager role
- Potential to complete your Level 7 Management Qualification and continue your leadership journey
As a Management Pipeline Apprentice, you’ll:
- Start your day sorting and preparing mail
- Deliver parcels and letters with care and efficiency
- Represent Royal Mail with pride and professionalism
- Provide outstanding customer service on your route
You’ll be supported every step of the way with:
- Online learning and video tutorials
- 1-to-1 coaching
- Hands-on experience
- A dedicated learning coach
- Enjoy being active – walking up to 4.5 hours a day
- Thrive outdoors in all weather
- Self-motivated and great at managing your time
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- A team player who can also work independently
- Resilient and ready to take on challenges
- National 5 in Maths and English (Grades A–D)
- Full UK driving licence (with 6 points or fewer)
- 22.5 days holiday (pro-rata)
