What will you be doing?

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in employment tax compliance and reward as set out above and will have responsibility for:

Building and maintaining client relationships through high levels of client service.

Leading delivery of employment tax advice to clients.

Proactively winning work with the team by managing existing clients and spotting new opportunities through client and team interactions.

Business Development and marketing activities, both internally and externally.

Involvement in local marketing initiatives.

Taking responsibility for delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines.

Reviewing work carried out by junior staff.

Managing complex projects.

Managing teams of people including coaching and developing junior staff.


What will you need to do it?

Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work

Gives clear directions, positive and constructive feedback. Coaches less experienced staff

Works in a cooperative, respectful manner with colleagues, clients and the wider community

Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information

Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear

Builds the reputation of KMPG through the quality of work, knowledge and experience

Monitors and upholds high quality of service and products to clients (internal and external).
