Job Overview
We are seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to lead and support our global sales team through strong operational rigor, insights, and process leadership. In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution support of the sales team, ensuring our account executives, managers, and leaders have the tools, processes, and data they need to hit growth targets.
You’ll partner closely with the Revenue Operations team, who manages the broader go-to-market infrastructure and strategy, ensuring full alignment across systems, analytics, and cross-functional planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales productivity by optimizing sales workflows, processes, and CRM usage (Salesforce).
- Ensure Salesforce hygiene, governance, and data integrity to support decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose strategic solutions to remove friction and improve close rates.
- Lead forecasting processes in close partnership with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales process design and support, including deal desk and quote-to-cash alignment.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations: territory assignments, quota tracking, lead routing, pipeline reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to identify training needs and support onboarding of new sales reps.
- Maintain close partnership with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment across data, reporting, and tech stack.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, build dashboards, and deliver regular reporting to Sales Leadership
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics tailored for sales leaders, frontline reps, and exec stakeholders.
- Contribute to the annual planning cycle: headcount planning, sales capacity models, and territory design.
- Support compensation plan design and administration in partnership with Finance and RevOps.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to Sales Managers and frontline reps, supporting day-to-day execution
Required Qualifications and experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools like Gong, or similar.
- Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team and working closely with frontline managers.
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills
- Organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, and Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree and Private Equity experience preferred
