📍 Locations: London, Manchester, Birmingham (plus 20 offices nationwide)

At KPMG, our Transaction Services team partners with organisations across a broad spectrum of M&A activity. We help clients navigate the critical stages of planning and executing deals, unlocking value and driving growth.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements
Interpret complex data to generate insights and solutions
Manage budgets, reporting, and invoicing
Collaborate across service lines to become a trusted advisor
Produce and review robust financial analysis
Act as a key client contact throughout the deal lifecycle

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in Financial Due Diligence

Proven ability to lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams

Skilled in identifying deal implications and advising clients

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement

Experience managing upwards and ensuring quality output
