The Role: Build, Scale, Repeat
We seek a visionary operator-founder to own the P&L, drive explosive growth, and architect a portfolio of modular services. This is a ground-floor leadership role: equal parts venture builder, COO, and commercial catalyst.
Your Mission
- Revenue & Innovation Engine: Personally close strategic contracts (£50k+), launch 3–5 new product streams/year (e.g., AI tools, compliance systems, call centre pods), and monetise untapped verticals.
- Platform Scalability: Oversee client delivery, automation infrastructure, and operational excellence — ensuring 90%+ retention.
- Team Leadership: Build/manage hybrid teams (sales, ops, tech), instil a sprint culture (weekly KPIs, monthly diagnostics), and recruit entrepreneurial talent.
- Strategic Expansion: Spearhead entry into 2+ new sectors in Year 1 (e.g., fintech, SaaS), forge partnerships, and spin out ventures.
Your DNA
- 5+ years in high-growth service/productised businesses (agencies, scaling startups, VC-backed ops).
- Proven track record launching and monetising new verticals (P&L ownership, pricing, margin control).
- Obsessed with execution, delegation, and systems-driven growth.
- Commercial intuition: Pipeline conversion, operational efficiency, and scaling playbooks are your core skills.
Ideal Profile:
- Experience with AI automation, offshore teams, or SaaS models (huge plus).
