Background:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced private equity professional to lead transactions for its growing global direct and co-investments platform as Managing Director.
This senior-level opportunity is based in Dubai and targets candidates with approximately 20 years of experience with a significant part in private equity investments, particularly those with exposure to both direct and co-investments in developed markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong institutional background, proven experience managing investment teams, and a well-established network within large-cap private equity firms to originate and execute global deals.
Requirements:
- Circa 20 years of experience, a significant part of which is in private equity, with a track record in both direct and co-investments
- Experience in leading investment teams and managing full deal lifecycles
- Strong global network across top-tier private equity firms
- Background in a private equity firm, pension fund, or sovereign wealth fund preferred
- Ability to originate, evaluate, and execute large-cap investments globally
